We are currently seeking a skilled Precision Engineer/CNC turner/miller to join our client in Rochdale. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to perform precision machining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and operation, with experience working with a variety of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations

• Monitor machine performance to ensure proper operation and quality of output

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements

• Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy of finished products

• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as required

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions in a timely manner

• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and product quality

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in CNC programming and operation

• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and materials

• Proficiency in technical drawings and blueprints

• Ability to use precision measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to work on-site in Rochdale, United Kingdom
